Our practice is primarily focused on catastrophic personal injury, negligence, product defect, and road design. This is not a remote or hybrid position. You must be willing and able to work at our downtown Los Angeles, Riverside, or Beverly Hills office.Description
As a pre-litigation legal assistant at Dordick Law, you'll be working with an exceptionally talented team of dedicated legal practitioners. We also offer bonus pay, professional development assistance, FSA/DCFSA, and the opportunity to attend our annual trial college in Los Cabos, Mexico!Duties include:Handling a caseload of pre-litigation files from intake to the filing of the complaintClient onboarding and ongoing quality client contactProperty damage/loss of useSending rep letters, letters of preservation, and other client documentationQualities needed:Spanish fluency - speaking, reading, and writingMinimum 3 years PLAINTIFF personal injury pre-litigation experienceKnowledge of the injury claim process with insurance companiesKnowledge of basic medical terminology with regard to PI injuriesCareful attention to detailAbility to adhere to strict deadlines and prioritize tasks
