As the Project Manager, you will participate in project implementation, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support, with elevated face-to-face interaction with clients and the implementation team.
To succeed, you should have:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4-6 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in supply chain or enterprise systems software.
Proven project management experience, including planning, prioritizing, and status reporting.
Strong technical background and understanding of Software Development and Agile Methodologies.
Experience with Microsoft system tools: Windows, IIS, SQL Server.
Ability to travel 20%-30%.
Your responsibilities as the Project Manager will include:
Develop and manage detailed project plans, including goals, dependencies, deliverables, and timelines.
Analyze project requirements and specifications to ensure successful implementation and configuration.
Actively contribute to software configuration, delivery, and onsite system training and support.
Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and track project budgets and billables.
