Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm in Petoskey, Michigan, is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 3-7 years of experience in civil and general litigation. The ideal candidate will have deposition experience, expertise in auto negligence, premises liability, or general negligence matters, and excellent research, legal brief writing, and communication skills. They must possess experience in writing and arguing motions in court, drafting and responding to discovery requests, and a general understanding of medical records.
