Independently handle litigation matters such as commercial litigation, premises liability, general negligence, property damage, construction, and personal injury.Manage Michigan No-Fault, Third Party & Commercial Auto Liability, and Network Transportation Claims.Draft pleadings, motions, and legal briefs.Take and defend depositions.Argue motions in court.Conduct legal research and analysis.Manage client relations and case management responsibilities.Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-approved law school.Active membership in the State Bar of Michigan and in good standing.3-5 years of experience in transportation law and litigation practice.Strong proficiency in Michigan No-Fault, Third Party & Commercial Auto Liability, and Network Transportation Claims.Experience in all aspects of litigation, including motion practice and courtroom advocacy.Excellent research, legal brief writing, and communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.Skills:
Exceptional writing and oral advocacy skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Strong interpersonal skills for client interaction and relationship management.Proficiency in legal research tools and software.Education and Certifications:
