Our new Director of Sales will manage and oversee the sales operation, including domestic and international equipment sales. This position is based in beautiful Sonoma County, California.
Responsibilities include:
Work to implement the CEO's strategy and targets for the team.Achieve company sales quotas for equipment sales.Work closely with the Directors of Operations and Engineering.Ensure overall accuracy of the opportunity sales pipeline.Direct supervision of team members, including weekly updates, monthly meetings, and annual reviews.
Required Education and Experience:
10+ years experience with B2B field sales of industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment.Management experience in leading a team.Food processing industry experience preferred.Ability to sell complex systems as well as single machines.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical, or business field.Demonstrated excellence in negotiating and closing sales.Must have the appetite to understand complex systems and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Must be willing to travel.Ability to work with Salesforce CRM.
Full Time Salaried: 40+ hours per week Hours: Monday - FridayWe offer 100% paid Medical, Dental, and Vision for the employee, a 401k with match, and PTO.Pay Range DOE: Salary: $192,000 to $245,000If you meet these qualifications and would like to grow with us at our Northern California headquarters, please send your resume and a cover letter describing your interest and fit.
