This is changing the way businesses operate through a content-native shopping platform that empowers brands to drive strong conversions, run experiments with funnels to improve KPIs, and streamline customer acquisition.Role Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Solutions Engineer with a passion for the e-commerce and digital marketing space. This role requires a deep understanding of product and marketing solutions for Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) businesses to effectively map customer use cases to solutions. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced sales cycle, providing on-the-spot solutions and handling technical questions with ease. Proficiency in Meta Ads and Shopify, along with comfort in conducting demos, is a plus. This role requires close collaboration with the sales team and Account Executives, emphasizing customer-centricity and strong cross-functional partnerships. The successful candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude, contributing to sales and customer satisfaction. This role is newly established, providing opportunities to shape and define success metrics and KPIs for future Solutions Engineers.Responsibilities:Understand product offerings and map customer use cases to relevant solutions

Quickly identify customer needs and provide solutions during sales calls

Provide hands-on support during implementation phases to ensure customer success

Manage fast-paced sales cycles ~4 weeks on average

Conduct in-depth product demos and address technical questions

Develop and improve demo processes

Collaborate with the product team and sales team, especially AEs

Maintain excellent verbal and written communication

Innovate and develop new ideas to address customer needs

Contribute to key areas of expertise to raise team performance

Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills

Potentially hire and retain top talent in the SE organization

Stay updated with e-commerce and digital marketing trends

Conduct on-site customer presentations requiring moderate travel

Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field with a background in management consulting, or growth marketing

Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is highly preferred

Excellent collaboration skills, particularly with Account Executives

Proven ability to think outside the box and improve solution-selling processes

Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, and other GTM systems

Willingness and ability to travel for customer on-site presentations

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment

Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads) and the Shopify ecosystem
