Own the frontend architecture for consumer-facing and B2B surfacesAdvocate for, drive consensus, and execute on developer productivity improvements on the frontendDevelop standards and frameworks to make the correct decision the easy decision for frontend developersDevelop standards around code sharing and re-use across multiple projectsDevelop and maintain software rails for frontend developers to create new components with backend-driven configurationDevelop product interfaces for B2B users to create and edit micro e-commerce websitesDevelop UX and tooling around A/B testing, specifically allowing users to adjust characteristics of shopping experiences and compare to controlMonitor user interaction patterns and triage user feedback to reduce errors and increase understanding and utility of the platformPersonally write and maintain code hands-on keyboardMentor other engineers on the teamWhat you are:
7+ years of experience building software productsExperienced with React, Typescript, Graphql and at least one other modern language used in backend systemsAble to discuss and debate strategic engineering/product decisions and quickly arrive at the right solutionTrack record of building products that delight usersOpinionated and correct about which technologies to use, when, and whyHighly driven to build features and improvements in a secure, well-tested, and performant wayStrong written and verbal communicationNice to haves:
Experience working with ad platforms, eCommerce, website builders, CMSExperience with Go, Google cloudTech stack:
