7+ years of experience in procurement role within manufacturing/automotive industryPreferred Experience:Communication skills: Intermediate to advanced.Ability to speak and write fluently in both Korean and EnglishGood Communication, analytical, and technical skillsKnowledge of Industrial materials and fabrication suppliersStrong negotiation and customer service skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointExperience using SAPStrong problem solving and conflict resolution skillsWorking Conditions :Office setting, some walking and standing within and between buildings.Overtime as needed.Frequent travel with possible overnight or extended staysWorking in all Development work groups if needed

Leads efforts in developing self and others to ensure that a knowledgeable and skilled workforce is prepared to overcome current and future challenges.Role(s)The General Purchasing Manager is responsible for reviewing purchase requisitions from departments, issuing purchase orders and posting invoices. The incumbent also identifies cost saving opportunities, process improvements, and negotiates contractual agreements.ResponsibilitiesProcurementImprove performance by setting action plans, clearly defining expectations to team members, monitoring progress, and evaluate performance.Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, as well as internal and external customers including Sales Managers, to ensure on-time results.Review legal documentation such as Requests for Quotes (RFQs), Letters of Intent (LOIs), terms and conditions, and develop documentation according to MOBIS policyReview supplier requirements, release quotations, and perform quotation analysisPerform part characteristic analysis and risk analysis, and create Procurement policiesResearch and secure potential suppliersPerform cost analysis for parts, tooling, and other supplier expenses; negotiate prices with suppliersCreate detailed price breakdown for each product by analyzing the piece price and breaking the price down into its categories (e.g. material, labor and burden, etc.)Negotiate supply agreements and cost models with key suppliers, ensure pricing and lead time information is updatedBeing the point of contact to team members for their needs and assisting them as needed.Comply with and promote safety in the workplaceAll other duties as assigned
