Seeking a Project Manager for High-Impact Civil Projects

$110,000 - $160,000 per year

Position Summary
As a Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of the construction management process, from project inception to completion. This role involves managing project safety, costs, productivity, profitability, and quality, while also supporting business development and maintaining client relationships. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience managing civil construction projects up to $25 million, particularly those involving water infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Project Management Team and oversee project procedures to ensure success in terms of profitability, safety, scheduling, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Mentor staff in developing procurement, environmental, and safety plans, and manage risk to align with project goals.
- Conduct regular coordination meetings, providing updates and ensuring project alignment with strategic objectives.
- Maintain strict adherence to ethical standards and company policies throughout project execution.
- Support the Estimating team by providing insights on production rates and methods, and oversee field staff to ensure issue resolution and risk mitigation.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules and budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project specifications.
- Foster a professional environment that promotes effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders, ensuring operational efficiency and safety.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other industry professionals based on trust and integrity.
Qualifications
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by substantial experience in civil construction.
- Proficiency in construction methods, scheduling, cost control, and safety protocols.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple project aspects simultaneously.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have an acceptable driving record.
- Physical capability to navigate construction sites and manage physical requirements of the role.
