About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking Audit Managers and a Senior Audit Manager for a growing accounting and advisory firm in Honolulu, Hawaii. In this role, you will manage a team of auditors and supporting staff and be responsible for handling a portfolio of client engagements - from planning to deliverables.
ResponsibilitiesManage client engagements from start to finishReview and monitor work of accounting staff to ensure the timeline of expected deliverablesBusiness development and marketingEmployee development - recruiting, coaching and supervising internal staffRequired Education, Licenses and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related fieldCertified Public Accountant required5-10 years of experience working in a public accounting firm2+years of auditing experienceKnowledge of GAAP and GAAS accounting principlesAbility to identify and resolve complex accounting issuesRequired industry experience: non-profit, public sector (state and local government), health insurance and single auditsWhat We Offer
