401k + Company Match Lots of Room for Growth Hybrid Position with lots of remote flexibility Free Merchandise & ApparelJob DetailsWe are looking for a Procurement Manager to oversee execution of indirect procurement strategy, which encompasses all sourcing except for that related to inventory procurement. In this role you will partner with all departments to optimize the sourcing and procurement of indirect goods and services, in close collaboration with department managers:ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Brand indirect procurement strategy and policy: Maintain and improve existing policies and procedures for all indirect procurement activities and in accordance with Group guidelines, with a goal of being best-in-class. Engage key stakeholders, promote procurement best practices, and provide training to colleagues with procurement responsibilities Track and report performance and compliance with policies and strategy Develop procurement strategies for key indirect categories: Build-up and provide category intelligence and expertise, leveraging existing and emerging technologies Define and implement category strategies with stakeholders and global category leads Contribute to Richemont Procurement forums and initiatives Formalize and manage preferred suppliers for the brand(s), working closely together with current business relationship owner(s) Provide sourcing support to all departments, and contribute experience to large tenders and negotiations, potentially leading in certain situations: Support and consult business owners on major tenders and negotiations to obtain best conditions Support stakeholders in their sourcing activities, including advising on best practices Lead or support supplier management, depending on size/existing business relationship with supplier(s)COMPETENCIES
Excellent understanding of procurement management best practices. Experience and ability to support RFP (request for proposals) process, which can range from consulting to project managing. Strong negotiation skills and capable of engaging suppliers at executive level in a large range of spend categories. Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment. Capable of working with diverse and demanding stakeholders in a challenging and fast-paced environment to build and drive collaboration, foster best practices, and deliver concrete results. Experience of procurement dashboard reporting for non-finance managers (compliance & value-for-money)DESIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field from an accredited institution 5+ years of professional experience in a matrix environment with strong procurement skills.
