The Administrative Assistant role entails providing support to a team of professionals in Blackstone's Global Corporate Affairs group which includes Public Affairs, Marketing and ESG. This team manages internal and external communications for the firm, including interactions with media.

Responsibilities include:

Managing calendars including scheduling appointments, confirming meetings, coordinating with other assistantsAnswering calls and act as gatekeeperActing as back-up support for other senior members of the teamBooking conference rooms for internal and external meetings; meeting and greeting guests, and registering them in the visitor's systemCompletion of detailed expense and out of pocket reports including tracking receipts and project codesEntering and maintaining contacts in OutlookCoordinating travel arrangements including flights, visas, cars, hotels, and other reservationsCreating and/or proofing briefing memos for media engagementMaintaining and organizing filesWorking on various ad-hoc projectsQualifications:

Expected annual base salary range:

$70,000 - $130,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
