Piper Life Sciences is actively seeking an
Automation Engineer
to join a
pharmaceutical
manufacturing facility that is brand new and going to be the largest end-to-end cell manufacturing facility in Northern America.. The
Automation Engineer
will be assisting in automation systems projects involving technologies like in
DeltaV,
as well as serving as liasion to integrators to explain design requirements .
This is a
Monday-Friday
role, located on-site in Holly Springs, NC.
Responsibilities of the Automation Engineer include:
Diving into the codes from their Denmark location to understand the logic/principles to replicate it, as necessary, for the Holly Springs Site.Communicate with integrators to explain design requirementsThorough understanding of design concepts and architecture.Work cross functionally with project managers, engineering, etc. to ensure programs remain compliant.Provide technical support for automation to other production related engineering groups as needed.Qualifications for the Automation Controls Engineer include:
B.S. in an Engineering discipline, with 3-5 years of transferrable automation experience2+ year of Experience with DeltaVAutomation/controls experience in an industrial environmentCompensation for the Automation Engineer:
