Due to recent growth in our Family, Executive, & Entrepreneur Advisory Services (FEAS) group,
Keiter
is seeking a dynamic and client service-oriented individual to join our practice as a
Tax Senior Manager
specializing in
high net worth individuals.
Qualified candidates will also have experience with trust and/or estate tax matters.

Primary Responsibilities and Knowledge:
› Serve as liaison among senior managers, partners, clients, and staff. Handle all phases of tax engagements specializing in those related to work in our FEAS area
› Possess strong technical skills in accounting and tax preparation (inidividual taxation, multi-state taxation, trust and/or estate)
› Working knowledge of US Tax Code and technical aspects of tax preparation and compliance
› Serve as the main point of contact for multiple clients and directly handle tax-related communication with clients' attorneys, brokers, or other third parties
› Participate in the development of staff through one-on-one teachable moments and offering feedback on a regular basis; also seek feedback from others
› Actively participate in the generation of additional business by developing relationships with key service providers, seeking out new clients, and following-through with leads
› Contribute to and foster a positive work environment
Job Requirements:
› Hold active CPA license; CFP® is a plus
› At least five years of experience in public accounting, tax consulting, or other related experience
› Ability to develop relationships with current and potential clients
