Capital Projects Manager:
Job Summary Responsible for the planning, management, and execution of multiple large-scale capital (construction support or construction related) projects throughout the Corporation. Decisions are based on optimizing these projects' value, and providing a safe, productive and cost-effectivephysical environment. Considers relevant external trends and conditions in achieving competitive advantages whenever possible. Negotiates complex vendor contracts andensures compliance with their specifications.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience managing projects using formal project management tools such as Schedule Management, Cost Management, Risk Management etc. and demonstrated experience providing direction to project team(s). PMP requiredor must obtain within one-year of entry into the position. Senior Strategist/Strategist: Job Summary The Strategist positions perform short- and long-term strategy development, analysis, and planning for the business unit which may include but not be limited to five-year strategic plans, long-term integrated resource plans, operational plans, and environmental strategy. The Strategist provides administration and analysis of customer research, coordinates regulatory rate cases, business unit performance reporting and business plan deployment. In providing these services, this position works closely with senior management and other areas of the Company.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree and 3 years (5 years for Senior Strategist) of job-relevant experience, inclusive of professional level business functions exhibiting a progressive work history. Masters in business administration (MBA) is required if the job resides in the Company's Strategy and Planning Org
