Job Description:
We are assisting our St. Louis, MO client in search for a Controller. This role will be responsible for managing all financial and full cycle accounting operations.
Responsibilities:
Prepare financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
Manage journal entries, payroll, balance sheet, and general ledger.
Leads monthly financial meetings.
Coordinate with accounting and financial departments.
Oversee cash flow, AP/AR functions, reconciliations, and internal controls.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
CPA or CMA is required.
10+ years of accounting experience.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
