Learn more at svb.com.About the RoleThe Sales Operations team, a part of the Marketing and Sales Strategy organization, ensures SVBs complex and ever-evolving business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy and ensuring flawless execution and operations against that strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major bank business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.In this role, you will partner closely with Credit Solutions leaders to help them reconcile their priorities, shape their strategy, and execute their initiatives. You will be an integral part of their team, providing thought partnership and utilizing your business acumen and analytical capabilities to drive and grow the business. You will shape the way we work, through operational cadence, go-to-market initiatives, insights, and reporting.This position offers the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, business analytics, sales enablement, sales technology, product, marketing, legal, finance and other cross-functional teams to translate go-to-market strategies into operations that sustain and accelerate growth.Responsibilities:Partner with Credit Solutions leaders to translate the organizations strategy into go-to-market operations and executionProactively identify, structure, and lead key strategic initiatives and business programs to scale and accelerate our businessBuild and maintain operational business reporting and provide actionable insights on business and market performance and identify areas of opportunity and riskUse information and influence to drive change, meaningfully impacting core performance resultsDevelop and optimize key sales processes, partnering with business leaders and sales technologySupport implementation of enabling systems and tools, working closely with internal systems teamsCollaborate with business leaders and business analytics to develop and maintain capacity planning and resource allocation framework and tools
Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, sales strategy, banking, or equivalent project management experience OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, sales strategy, banking, or equivalent project management experience.Additional Required Qualifications:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with business acumenAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsProven ability to lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders under tight timeframesExcellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to negotiate priorities across organizations at all levelsExcel at balancing planning with executionPreferred:Practical experience in sales operations or a closely related fieldExperience using Tableau desktop to perform analysis and develop dashboardsFamiliarity with CRM systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics)Experience leading strategic planning in an established high-tech companyDemonstrated experience serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on a wide range of topicsExperience establishing new processes and cadence within high-growth organizationsSuperlative communication and facilitation skills, proven track record of building relationships with senior stakeholdersThis job posting is expected to remain active for 45 days from the initial posting date listed above. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
