He/she is expected to work under limited supervision, withinestablished procedures, policies and guidelinesProven practical knowledge and excellence of applying the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) andother USG policies. Experience working with GSA Schedules, GWACS, and MA IDIQs.•Demonstrated understanding and practical experience of acquisition management principlesthroughout the full project lifecycle (pre-award to closure). Demonstrated experience in managingmultiple contract types for supplies and services (e.g. FFP/LOE, T&M, FFP, CPFF, CPIF, CPAF).•Demonstrated Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and working effectively in a teamenvironment:o Ability to anticipate and establish paths to avoid problems and manage administrative processeson behalf of management.o Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively with teams in a demanding workenvironment. Proven ability to establish positive and productive working relationships at all levels,both internal and external.o Proven ability to set a positive example for productive teamwork and be proactive in mitigatingny misunderstandings, expand working relationships and ability to effectively influencerelationships for a positive productive outcome.•Possess an advanced understanding of the procurement business discipline, be able to obtain,research and provide and analyze detailed and complex contracting information, track, organize, andnalyze procurement information in a coherent business presentation.•Proven ability to process procurement actions fast, SID's workload is intense. Strong attention todetail to ensure own work, and work of others is of a consistent high quality in a fast-paced, demanding environment.•Proven ability to create presentations and data enriched reports and provide recommendations andfindings.•Practical advanced proficiency of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Visio, Project, Adobe PDFnd PowerPoint.•Ability to obtain a secret security clearance (if requested). Skill set info Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:•Master's degree business related field or legal field, plus fifteen (15) years direct procurementexperience, in combination of the federal government procurement and/or private sectorprocurements.•Certified Procurement Professional (CPP) or similar certification in government procurementpractices.Highly Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:•Practical knowledge of data analytics and advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI.•FAC Professional or FAC C III or equivalent Education •BA or BS degree in a business related field, management or legal field, plus fifteen (15) years ofdirect procurement experience in federal government and/or private sector.
