Rate of pay: $15.00 - $20.00. Final compensation is based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
Essential Responsibilities:Attend and actively participate in branch initiatives, outreach, trainings, and staff meetings as assigned.Ability to work in a team environment to plan, coordinate, execute programs/program activities and curriculum effectively.Communication and engagement with YMCA program participants, parents, and members.Provide guidance and support to program participants.Provide feedback on success and/or failure of projects and activities.Follow all program curriculum and/or YMCA of Delaware program rules/regulations.Ensure that all participants follow the YMCA code of conduct and manage behaviors.Performs other duties as may be required by supervisors for the benefit of the program.Minimum Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve a diverse community.High School diploma or equivalent.Preferred Qualifications:
Multi-lingual skillsExperience working with children, youth, and families.
