Position Summary:
The ERP Specialist I is responsible for supporting the Clayton ERP system. They are responsible for providing design ideas, troubleshooting, testing the system, and process documentation.
Duties / Responsibilities:
Assist in the design, configurations, updates and maintenance of the Oracle ERP modules across Clayton's vertically integrated housing company.Provide design recommendations, system governance, maintain standardization, and configure the module to optimize information flows.Responsible for coordination of testing, implementing, and training monthly and quarterly upgrades from ERP and EPM provider.Troubleshoot ERP Support issues as it relates to business functionality and testing functionality of configuration enhancements and Oracle updates.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
Four-year college degree with Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems.0-2 years of relevant experienceFunctional knowledge of Supply Chain or Manufacturing requiredAbility to work with business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Management and self-study to learn how to most effectively utilize, design, and maintain the ERP and Oracle modulesProficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Self-starter, detail-oriented, accommodative, team-player, analytical, resourceful, articulate, and excellent customer service and organizational skills.Previous experience with a manufacturing, retail, insurance, and/or financial services organization preferredOracle experience a plusPrevious experience with custom analytics and reports using ACL, IDEA, Tableau or other analytic software a plusPhysical Demands:
Must be able to consistently operate a computer and other office productivity machinery such as telephone, calculator, copy machine, computer printer, etc.Must be able to communicate with others via phone, email, and in person. Must be able to exchange accurate information with others.Constantly works in an indoor, temperature-controlled, sealed-window office environment.Work primarily involves sitting / standing.Travel Requirements:
