Summary:
This is a business administrator role that supports the ERP Financials Pillar. The team member will work with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials modules to maximize user efficiency and utilization of Oracle in the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Projects, Assets, Lease Accounting, and Cash Management applications. This position will have direct user interface to assist in troubleshooting, new system functionality, and enterprise design.
Duties and responsibilities:
Assist in design, configurations, updates and maintenance of the ERP General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting & Projects modules across enterprise.Customizes and configures workflows and certain MDM data required for consistent enterprise use of the applications.Provide design recommendations, system governance, maintain standardization, and configure the module to optimize information flows.Responsible for coordination of testing, implementing, and training monthly and quarterly upgrades from ERP and EPM provider.Business point of contact for troubleshooting ERP Support issues as it relates to business functionality.Responsible for testing functionality of configuration enhancements, new Oracle projects and Oracle updatesUnderstands and verifies the impact of configuration changes in downstream applications.Contributes to the data governance of ERP financial data.Collaborate with technology team on testing new system processes and post testing evaluations.Responsible for evaluating, testing, implementing, and training on regular upgrades from Oracle ERP applications.Will also test new system functionality and configurations to support business needs and modernization efforts.
Qualifications:
4 year college degree with Bachelor's in Business Information Systems, Accounting, Finance or related area.Minimum of 5 years of related experienceCPA preferred or other relevant certifications pertaining to Accounting Information SystemsAudit/Accounting background preferredAbility to run queries in SQL and analyze dataOracle ERP or other ERP experience preferredProficient in Excel, Word, and PowerpointExcellent organizational skillsHighly detail oriented and analyticalAbility to think outside the box and problem solveStrong verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivated and highly resourcefulExtensive curiosity and idea orientation
