What You Can Expect
As the Project Manager, Senior in Houston, Texas for ENGIE FlexGen (Flexible Generation including Storage, Thermal, and Hydrogen) North America you will be assisting in the coordination and management of a cross-functional technical group. Every day, you will report to the Chief Technology Officer to track and report on activities internal to the group as well as with groups external to the engineering team. You will be a representative of the engineering team to other groups within ENGIE along with coordinate schedules for delivery of projects.
What You'll BringA minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Electronic, Computer Engineering, Data Science or similar field and five (5) years of proven experience in a project management capacity; in lieu of a four-year degree, you should hold a project management certification and a total of seven (7) years of experience in which you have gained an understanding of project managementKnowledge of project racking tools such as DevOps, Jira, ConfluencePrevious experience maintaining schedules, internally and externallyPrevious experience managing and working with 3rd party vendors, contractor and subcontractor staffAbility to manage and maintain budgetsAbility to work as a key member on a technical team and rest of the engineering teamAdditional Details
This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy; in office three (3) days a weekMust be available to travel domestically up to 10% of the time and with the need for some overnight tripsMust possess a valid U.S. driver's license/clean driving recordMust be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
Compensation
Salary Range:
$96,100 - $147,660 USD annually
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
