Reports to Production General Leads, Production Managers and Project LeadsReview and internalize run-of-show schedule, backline information and production notes prior to each eventPerform regular opening/running/closing site duties in addition to any event-specific duties assignedSupport vendor load in/outs, ensuring all items are placed/hung safely at appropriate points on the siteMaintain and reset venue in between shows by adjusting staging, building risers, repositioning equipment, managing cables and organizing inventoryHang and position AV equipment such as speakers, projectors, truss, lights, LED panels.Provide support for incoming touring teamsAssist the Technical Production teams with cabling, event equipment positions and moves and changeoversSupport use and maintenance of the company van and box truck, as well as all heavy machinery such as forklifts, boom lifts, scissor lifts, etc.Support optimizing use of storage facilities on site and ensure all teams are clear on their designated storage areas such as bar, food & beverage, audio, lighting, and scenic.Ensure tidy working space at all times and support the Production and Operations teams in increasing efficiency and safety on siteMaintain confidentiality when handling information related to shows and refrain from sharing photos/videos of the venue when doors are not openTrack and properly store company tools and equipmentDirect concerns from other departments to the Production Manager and check before completing any tasks assigned by other departmentsEnsure the stage and production areas are clean and free of clutter, and all hazardous areas are marked with high-visibility tapeMaintain safe working practices including OSHA and COVID guidelinesPerform other duties instructed by Production and Operations Managers and Project Leads

COMPENSATION

$25-$30 per hour, commensurate with experience
