Magna-Power is seeking a versatile and dynamic Technical Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing at Magna-Power. You will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies, creating compelling content, and enhancing our brand presence across various platforms. This is a unique opportunity to shape and grow the marketing function within a leading company in the power electronics industry. Given the complex nature of the products, there will be significant hands-on training and interaction with various Magna-Power teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support business objectives and drive growth.
Coordinate and manage trade shows, events, and webinars to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Develop effective external vendors, freelancers, platforms, and resources for sourcing consistent marketing materials.
Create and design marketing collateral, including brochures, datasheets, trade show graphics, and digital content.
Write and coordinate among internal personnel for press releases, blog articles, application notes, and customer spotlights.
Manage social media channels and develop engaging content to build and nurture our online community.
Oversee the production of high-quality photography and videography to support marketing initiatives.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage and inform our audience.
Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and optimized for SEO.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and product development, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B or technology-driven industry.
Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong content creation skills, including writing, graphic design, and multimedia production.
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and social media management tools.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
