Your key responsibilities:
Engage retail customers in friendly and positive fashion.Help customers in identifying required parts while suggesting other companion items, and company specials.Answer calls or walk-in customer providing price estimates. Process orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up at counterUse system to identify parts availability in warehouse, transfer from another location or source from an outside vendor.Keeps accurate records of special-order parts and open tickets.Proactively contact customers providing updated information regarding the status of their order.Assists outside sales representatives with their orders.Makes recommendations regarding inventory and pricing to minimize lost sales.Occasional driving is required for this role.Indel Power Group offers:
