Western Branch Diesel, a subsidiary of Indel Power Group, has an opening for a Custodian at our location in Richmond, Virginia. This individual will focus on the cleaning and maintenance of the building and will report to the location’s Operations/Service Manager.
Base pay range
$18.00/hr - $22.00/hr
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining a clean work environment
- Keep the service department clean and organized.
- Removal of all trash, cardboard, wood, etc. from location
- Maintains building and grounds as needed.
- Responsible for reporting any problems and/or concerns within the building to the Operations/Service Manager.
- Occasional driving required.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6-12 months of previous work experience
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
- Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to safely handle machinery
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Must have a valid driver license.
