The salary range for this role, based in New York is $86,200.00 to $107,700.00, range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate's experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Role & Responsibilities

The Senior Brand Ambassador, will play an essential role in the growth of PRUSA brands and continuing PRUSA's presence as an industry leader. They will serve as the product expert on our commercial brands, leading educational efforts, developing drink strategy, be featured in content, and leverage existing relationships to drive awareness, loyalty, and conversion among the gatekeepers in the on/off trade. Working with brand, field, and cross-functional teams, and in collaboration with key markets, they will play a critical role in the progression of the brand, providing key inputs as to how to deliver PRUSA's vision.Collaborate closely with BA Manager on commercial priorities for inclusion in BA activity.Work with Brands to lead the category development of trade programming, gatekeeper approach and drink strategy.Translate and customize company priorities and programs for gatekeeper audiences across advocacy pillars.Contribute to the development of training and resources to support salesforce education pillar.Consult on trade events approach and partnerships and act as onsite lead in high visibility opportunities.Develop training resources to support BA program.Represent the category in high-visibility opportunities for communications and brand (media content, PR etc.).Cultivate a visible presence and proactively identify opportunities for self-promotion via approved PR channels.Maintain a strong social media presence with ability to create high-quality content.Collaborate on prestige programming and support HNWI relationships and VIP experiences.Work strategically with cross-functional partners to identify key opportunities (align to the big business priorities).Brands: Jameson, Midleton, Redbreast and Spots.Audience: Key gatekeepers of the trade including on/off-premise decision-makers, distributors, HNWI/VIPs, spirits enthusiasts and PRUSA field teams.Key Markets: NY, FL, CA, TX, IL, CO, AZ (others TBD).- Program Execution:

Execute KPIs centered around driving awareness, loyalty and conversion within the key trade gatekeeper audience. KPIs include on-premise trade education, high-profile industry events, key trade group relations and support.Responsible for collaborating, developing and executing trade programming based off brand and localized priorities, and as directed by Brand Ambassador Manager.Sales Team Education - Contribute to curriculum and collaborate to prepare presentations for Pernod Academies and large-scale distributor trainings to drive brand initiatives and engagement.Analyze and leverage commercial knowledge, industry trends and insights, and information to build programs and provide recommendation to pillar leaders.- Trade Engagement & Events:

Be a leader within the local trade community and develop strong relationships when activating with relevant national trade groups and thought leaders.Collaborate with TA Sr. Manager to develop, plan and host innovative programming for the trade designed to educate, sample, and build affinity and loyalty for designated brands in market.Act as the consummate host and/or keynote speaker for national, high-profile trade events.- Salesforce Education & Mixology:

Support the development of training materials for both internal and external gatekeepers.Collaborate on Pernod Academy textbook, courses and onsite delivery.Help develop seasonal drink strategy in different channels.- Admin Responsibilities:

KPI tracking.Submit expenses on time, plan & manage budget set forth by management team.Recapping - BA will recap their programs & competitive intel on a monthly basis.Key Points of Contact (internal & external)

- Qualifications:

Previous Ambassador experience for a national brand is preferred.3-4 years hospitality work experience (preferred bartender/bar manager).Requires a minimum of 3-4 years general work experience.Demonstrated experience in an ambassador role.Strong spirits knowledge - must have extensive experience and understanding of Irish Whiskey and spirits certifications preferred.Ability to travel up to 50%Home market: RemoteSolid team player as well as self-starter/independent Established reputation/voice/prominence within the hospitality industry- Desired Characteristics:

Strong Hospitality Background - must have a keen sense for being a memorable & thoughtful host when interacting with the trade.Trade Network - ideally the candidate would have a widely established network in the spirits industry.Strong Voice - able to effectively relay information and points of view in a persuasive manner, building consensus across constituencies.
