Responsibilities
How you will make an impact
:
Support the sales team with estimating, design assistance, equipment sourcing, pricing, and forecasts.Deliver technical presentations to customers, explaining product features, benefits, and applications.Generate, follow up on, and qualify sales leads.Prepare detailed quotations, negotiate sales terms, and manage service agreements.Provide comprehensive pre- and post-sales technical support.Assist in product and service selection based on customer requirements.Manage customer relationships, ensure high satisfaction and address inquiries promptly.Coordinate with engineering, production, and logistics to ensure timely product delivery.Maintain accurate CRM records, track sales opportunities, and report on sales performance.Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to meet customer needsQualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Plumbing, or related field)Experience : Previous experience in the HVAC industry, but is not required; a technical sale, or engineering role; Professional certifications in mechanical engineering; Familiarity with CAD software and other technical toolsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, ERP systems, and other relevant technical toolsExcellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information and to interact effectively with customers and team membersStrong customer service skills to address inquiries and resolve issuesAnalytical skills to diagnose and solve technical problemsAbility to identify sales opportunities and develop relationships with potential customersRegular interaction with customers via phone, email, and video conferencingStrong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex engineering conceptsAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamWhy ICS
