Director, Omnichannel Retail page is loaded **Director, Omnichannel Retail****Director, Omnichannel Retail**locationsBoston, MA time typeFull time posted onPosted Yesterday job requisition idR1514 **Principal Duties and Responsibilities of the Director, Omnichannel Retail:*** Responsible for internal and external cross-functional collaboration to manage and direct all aspects of the ecommerce and retail business.* Passion and familiarity with both digital and instore tactics for building 360 degree holistic retailer or platform specific plans.* Connect with Retailers (JBP) Marketing departments to understand priorities and link our calendars and activations with theirs.* Work with Customer teams to identify and develop profitable and incremental customer growth opportunities.* Support development and execution of annual planning process across customers and channels* Build a strategy; plan, develop, and execute content plans for ECOMM, Digital and instore retail plans,* Oversees the generation of promotional materials and campaigns* Responsible for monitoring performance analytics, consumer behavior, and product performance* Adjusts strategies and tactics to act upon data and consumer insights in a way that further optimizes and accelerate business results* Leads creation of high-performing product content; directs integrated campaigns to deliver increased conversion rates and overall order size* Plans and executes the eCommerce strategy, working cross-functionally with teams to ensure quality assurance (QA) and timely publishing of all web content, and seamless execution to retail.* Manages the overall user experience including site navigation, content development, sales checkout funnel, and promotional campaigns* Owns and manages digital shelf presence and performance, while ensuring seamless integration with brand digital marketing efforts including social media, search engine optimization (SEO), and other monitoring methodologies and analytics* Provides thought leadership, innovation, and process-optimization initiatives, industry best practices and identifying new Path to Purchase opportunities exist beyond current brand offering**What We're Looking For:*** 10+ years' experience in the digital retailing market, with a combination of business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) experience a plus* 7+ years of experience in Shopper Retail, CPG and/or merchandising for instore promotion and execution* Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills* Strong knowledge of eCommerce technologies and tactics, especially in commerce experience management, digital asset management (DAM), and sophisticated digital shelf analytics* Digital data expert with the ability to interpret data and draw conclusions to implement and adjust strategies* Proven leader with experience managing teams of 4-6 people, while operating in a highly complex, matrixed organizational structure with multiple external suppliers and customers* Strong understanding of CPG sales operations, capable of speaking their language and of managing direct discussions and negotiations with retailer customer representatives* Ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate the highest impact initiatives* Proven success developing, executing, and maintaining sophisticated digital commerce brand strategies by leveraging ecommerce platforms, successful delivery of business value, near and mid-term growth for a brand**Who We Are:**Team members, farmers, consumers and communities alike--we value what makes us unique and strive to connect our farms to families for a better life by living our values:* **G** rower Mindset We embrace our grower-owners innovative spirit and heritage through confidence, learning and focus on the future.* Sustainable **R** esults Guided by purpose, we are focused on delivering results for our grower-owners.* **I** ntegrity Above All We are ethical, doing the right thing for our grower-owners, customers, consumers and each other* Inclusive **T** eamwork We build diverse and inclusive teams that strengthen our cooperative.*All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or veteran status.*Today, the cooperative's cranberries are currently featured in more than a thousand great-tasting, good-for-you products in over 100 countries worldwide.The innovative, entrepreneurial spirit of our founders remains rooted in our cooperative's culture, and most of all, our purpose of connecting our farms to families for a better life.
