Overview:As the Director of Omnichannel Marketing, you will hold a pivotal position within the US Marketing Team, responsible for driving success with healthcare professional (HCP) and consumer.

Working closely with Brand Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development/Operations, and Data and Analytics, you will ensure the successful development of the Replimune Omnichannel capability, strategy, and campaign execution, for a broad range of programs and initiatives, branded and unbranded.

The position is based in Woburn Massachusetts and will report to the Executive Director of Customer Experience.

Our Woburn location welcomes hybrid work!

Local candidates are expected to be on-site 2 days per week.

Responsibilities:

Develop a comprehensive, organizational-wide, and best-in-industry Omnichannel strategy and capability aimed at maximizing Share of Voice (SOV) across all relevant personal and non-personal channels for key audiences.

Emerge as the resident expert in omnichannel healthcare marketing technology, new capabilities, and emerging & future trends for the organization.

Lead the optimization of all digital channels targeting healthcare professionals (HCPs) and consumers (patients and caregivers) ensuring the delivery of impactful content and experiences.

Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development/Operations, and Data & Analytics, to understand functional business needs, identify opportunities, and support and facilitate the development and execution of campaigns.

Partner with key team members in the development and execution of key marketing materials across digital and non-personal promotion channels.

Develop a robust set of Objectives (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across campaigns to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives across all channels that are agreed upon and socialized across key stakeholders.

Serve as a liaison between Business Owners, Insights and Analytics and Operations to inform the development of our MarTec development, Data Strategy, Channel Strategy, and Messaging.

Utilize data-driven insights to continuously refine and improve results.

Encourage innovation and experimentation to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving market landscape.

Proactively collaborate with legal, regulatory, and compliance stakeholders to ensure compliant development and execution of all campaigns and tactics.

Effectively manage and maintain relationships with Agency Partners, external vendors and/or contractors.

This leader will embody our company's culture while maintaining accountability for gathering and sharing insights, maximizing presentation opportunities, strategic planning, and flawless execution across key tactics.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing, healthcare consulting, or healthcare agency experience, with a focus on omnichannel strategy and digital marketing.

Demonstrated ability to develop and merge business, technology, marketing, scientific, and clinical acumen.

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful omnichannel marketing campaigns.

Experience working with Key Customer / Thought Leader marketing, and KOLs to develop campaigns.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

Experience managing budgets and optimizing marketing spend for maximum impact.

Proven skills in strategic and critical thinking in dynamic and fast-paced environments.

Experience in Oncology or specialty care products preferred.

Excellent written and communication skills.

Proven ability to influence without authority and work with cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of brand strategic imperatives.

Proven ability in managing external agencies and vendors; proven project/program management experience.
