**Client Success Leader, Strategic Transportation*** - Sales* Indianapolis, IN, USA* Salary* Full Time* *PTO, Health Benefits, Wellness Program, 401-K, Tuition Reimbursement***Summary**The Client Success Leader, Strategic Transportation contributes to meeting Langham's revenue and EBIDTA goals by providing exceptional customer service with the goal of delighting Langham's internal and external customers.The position requires a breadth of experience, skills, and education to manage a wide array of opportunities and challenges which are presented daily.The role is pivotal in building a foundation to support Langham's clients, and business development team, in mining and hunting opportunities.**Evaluation of performance**Performance will be evaluated based on meeting the requirements of the job description, including, but not limited to the following:Meeting performance metrics and other quality indicators established for this positionWorking according to specifications, policies, and standards established by LanghamWorking effectively in a team environmentProviding a high level of internal and external customer service.**Performance metrics**Performance metrics for this position will be established annually based on company revenue, EBIDTA, business unit goals, and individual goals.**Key outcomes expected**Develop a book of business focusing on strategic transportation initiativesUtilize networks and contacts to introduce Langham to a variety of customers in key verticalsAssist Sales Manager with the development of specific marketing materials to support sales1st year Gross Revenue sales of $1M; minimum $2M per year after thatCollect and analyze customer feedback including market and industry informationBuild strong relationships with customers who have an annualized spend of $250K or moreAttend sales and networking events, conferences, and trade shows**Critical skills, knowledge, and behaviors**Demonstrates experience, success, and mastery in the following specific areas:Proven record of acquisition and management of strategic transportation accountsAt least 5 years of successful experience in the logistics industry; not necessarily salesPrevious experience in establishing client relationships with senior level executivesAbility to utilize and enhance current systems and processesSkilled at preparing and delivering sales presentations to customers and leadership teamPolished communicator, demonstrates confidence, enthusiasm, and ambitionPossesses organizational skills, planning and project managementAbility to provide creative solutions, innovative programs and a vision for continued growth**Experience, education, degrees, licenses**B.S./B.A. in logistics, supply chain management, business, marketing, communication, operations, or related disciplineExperience in a fast-paced competitive environmentExperience in industries with stiff competition and/or challenging economic factorsExperience in working at high levels within an organizationExposure or experience in complimentary industries helpfulConsultative selling approachingPreferred experience in sales, analytics, and client support functions**Physical demands**Must be able to travel, within Indiana, 75% of the time**Work environment**Work is primarily done on the road, in front of clientsLocation Info: Location (city, state or zip code) You must select a location.
