The ideal candidate is able to plan and carry out sales in different types of equipment. You are able to travel and are an effective communicator with dental health professionals. You have the ability to energize and develop relationships at all levels of an organization, a strong capacity to develop and drive your career, and exceptional negotiation skills.
Responsibilities :
Achieve sales growth and exceed target of Company Digital Impression Scanners, Mills and 3D PrintersPartner and collaborate with District Sales Managers to promote the entire Company offeringProspect for new customers and business by qualifying new leads to maintain a balanced sales funnelSupport and grow Company's existing customer base through upgrades and cross promotion of productsGrow laboratory acceptance by increasing network of Company approved laboratories and work to maintain utilizationTrack all leads and opportunities to move them through sales processes within the company's CRMAttend tradeshows and participate in education and training conferences as directed by the Regional Sales ManagerCoordinate and drive customer facing, dealer facing and per to peer sales eventsAssist dealer representatives with preparation of sales proposals, customer meetings, and the demonstration of equipment and software features and benefitsExecute sales negotiation and deal closure with the customer, interfacing with all key buying influencers including direct users of the product and distribution partnersDevelop and maintain the "Gold Standard" of product knowledge of Company and competitive productsCoordinate service and support on assigned accounts in order to deliver solutions that meet or exceed customer expectationsBuild relationships, develop a strategic business plan, and maximize business opportunities for all Company products and services within assigned territoryOther duties as assignedQualifications:
Previous dental or healthcare industry experience preferredBachelors or Associate Degree in Industry Related field2 years minimum selling experienceValid motor vehicle license75% TravelFlexible work from home options available.
