Join the Cleveland Clinic team, where you will work alongside passionate and dedicated caregivers, receive endless support and appreciation, and build a rewarding career with one of the most respected healthcare organizations in the world.The Senior HR Services Director will lead, and direct practices related to employee and labor relations, management consulting, talent development, change management, integration, workforce planning, policy administration and performance management Cleveland Clinic's regional hospitals - serving the communities in and around northeast Ohio and the Cleveland area.A caregiver who excels in this role will:Support the organization in its strategic goals.Lead a team of hospital-based HR Directors and HR Generalists to ensure consistent application of deliverables.Serve as a member of a regional leadership team to establish and cascade goals and metrics related to human resources and enterprise initiatives.Ensure that HR Directors develop and maintain effective working relationships with leaders and managers.Provide timely, effective and reliable communication to ensure HR Directors and HR Generalists are appropriately educated and informed of organizational initiatives and expectations.Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field10 years of functionally relevant HR experience, including 5 years of demonstrated management experienceOR master's degree in Hospital or Healthcare Administration plus 7 years of experiencePossesses critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervisionAbility to operate a computer, audio/visual and other office equipment.Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information, including ability to deliver applicable training in person and virtuallyPreferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:Master's degree or Juris Doctor degreePHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or other professional HR certification5 years of hospital-based experience, demonstrating a basic understanding of hospital roles, operations, finance and communicationsThis is a rewarding opportunity that offers growth-oriented projects, mentorship, support and resources.
