Role Overview: We are in search of a talented and adept Account Executive to spearhead the management of critical client relationships within healthcare, tourism, and hospitality industries. The ideal candidate will exhibit prowess as a strategic planner, proactive troubleshooter, and outstanding communicator, driven by a fervor for delivering tangible outcomes for our esteemed clientele.
Responsibilities: Act as the primary liaison for designated clients, comprehending their business aspirations, hurdles, and prospects. Forge and sustain robust client relationships, functioning as a trusted advisor and strategic collaborator. Lead the conceptualization and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns, encompassing advertising, digital marketing, social media, and public relations endeavors. Collaborate closely with internal teams spanning creative, media, and digital sectors to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns. Proactively unearth growth opportunities within existing client portfolios, devising strategic presentations and proposals to secure new business. Regularly evaluate campaign performance and furnish clients with detailed updates, pinpointing areas ripe for optimization and enhancement. Remain abreast of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to continually elevate client campaigns and deliver inventive solutions. Manage client budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed punctually and within predefined parameters.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3+ years experience in account management or client services within marketing, advertising or healthcare specific domains. Profound understanding and track record supporting healthcare, tourism, and hospitality industries, including managing clients within these realms. Demonstrated success in nurturing client relationships and fostering business expansion. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas with clarity and brevity. Strategic mindset with a knack for devising and executing integrated marketing plans in alignment with client objectives. Meticulous attention to detail coupled with robust organizational and project management abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, adept at effectively prioritizing multiple projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and adeptness with project management tools. Flexibility to travel occasionally for client engagements and industry gatherings. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
Salary Range: $75-85k + bonus
