Now is the time to explore the opportunities of PepsiCo: What makes you unique makes us better!As the Director of Logistics, Distribution & Transportation - North Division you'll have a great opportunity to provide field support for our front-line managers within the PBNA transport department. You will be part of a high-performing team, responsible for leading a diverse group of Transportation professionals in the day-to-day operations of the North Division. You will also have exposure to PBNA’s senior Supply Chain Executive leadership team with the opportunity to use your creative and analytical skillset to solve strategic issues for the supply chain function.The Director of Transportation role requires blending strong Internal capabilities with external perspectives, creating an opportunity to champion new initiatives that demonstrate breakthrough thinking. You will lead highly visible projects that will have a significant impact on the direction and performance of the North Division. You will be expected to work both independently on projects as well as play a leadership role in the creation of strategies across multiple projects.This position requires a hybrid schedule into our HQ (Purchase, NY along with up to 50% Travel throughout the North Division)Responsibilities* Leading North Transport function with accountability to improve service levels and flexibility while balancing PBNA financial objectives* Working with Planning, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Finance, and Fleet to formulate and drive supply chain strategies and tactics* Managing Supply Chain related initiatives and translate them into Supply Chain processes and responsibilities* Lead projects to deliver the highest levels of service, at the lowest landed cost, while expediting throughput of product to the marketplace to reduce OOS.* Find opportunities, develop action plans, and lead improvement projects* Use your analytical competencies to provide new insights and deliver key business results, while building systems to sustain the improvements* Lead cross-functional teams to develop value added systems and processes* Support creation and implementation of Annual Operating Plans* Identify and define other business questions and issues and develop strategic, analytical and financial frameworks to conduct analyses and solve critical business issues in collaboration with key partners* Demonstrate strong leadership and significant influence management skills with the ability to quickly gain credibility with a broad group of people - team members, cross functional peers and functional leadership* Coach and develop team members* Support the development and execution of the Strategic Planning processes for the function* Clearly and concisely communicate the implications of analyses and the execution plan to divisional leaders in verbal and written formCompensation and Benefits:* The expected compensation range for this position is between $113,300 - $226,600 based on a full-time schedule.* Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.* Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 25% of annual salary paid out annually.* and an additional target payout of 10% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period.* Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.* Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.* In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.Qualifications* A successful candidate will also have…* Bachelor’s degree in transportation, logistics, business, supply chain, or equivalent experience* Minimum of 7+ years of transportation management experience with a national scope including managing Private Fleets & Carrier Procurement.* P&L experience with cost management and bottom-line orientation* Excellent working knowledge of business management principles and practices, financial concepts, and key drivers of profitability and operational performance* Proven track record of coaching and developing team members and motivating teams to deliver high-quality results* Passion for the consumer and a desire to make one of the world’s strongest CPG companies even strongerWhat can you expect from PepsiCo?* Work with diverse and talented associates, all guided by our vision to be the global leader in convenient foods and beverages by Winning with PEP+.
