We are seeking an account/project manager with agency experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Oversee project scope, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and align with agency objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, production, etc.) to ensure project success.Proactively identify and address project challenges, mitigating risks and ensuring timely delivery.Provide regular project updates to clients and internal stakeholders.Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and expanding client relationships.Qualifications:
2-3 years of proven experience as an Account/Project Manager in a fast-paced agency environment.Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.Ability to thrive in a dynamic and deadline-driven environment.Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Basecamp, Jira).
