Job Responsibilities:
Communicate and interact with customers via phone, text, email and in person, in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
Schedule and manage appointments via inbound and outbound calls, text, email and in person.
Confirm appointments prior to scheduled date.
Respond to customer concerns and/or problems.
Provide an “exceptional” experience for all customers.
Assist in maintaining the highest rating in Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
Manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
Maintain a professional appearance.
Qualifications:
Available to work flexible hours & weekends
Knowledge of basic computer functions and typing
Enthusiastic and high energy throughout the sales workday
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
