We are looking for fun energetic multi taskers with a passion for creating Christmas Magic one wonderful welcome at a time. Sound good? Want even more? This is your chance to be part of a dynamic team that seamlessly works as one, has a passion for people, and has a helpful heart.Reporting to the Director of Christmas at the Princess Operations, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Seasonal dates of position: November 1st throughJanuary 10thAnticipate guests needs creating memorable experiencesConsistently offer a professional, friendly greeting and engaging serviceDisplay precise knowledge of all event activities and experience inclusionsFollow outlet policies, procedures and service standardsConsistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceEnsure Five Diamond representation of resortAssist guests with directional in an informative and helpful wayOther duties as assigned
Qualifications
Excellent communication and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAvailable evenings, weekends and holidaysAbility to work well under pressure in a fast paced environmentAbility to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a teamAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
