A growing ABA company is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join their team.
The ideal candidate will manage recruitment and onboarding, address employee relations issues, and assist with performance management. You will ensure compliance with labor laws, maintain accurate employee records, administer benefits programs, and coordinate training and development initiatives.
Responsibilities Include:Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and new hire onboarding.Employee Relations:
Address and resolve employee relations issues, fostering a positive work environment.Performance Management:
Assist with performance management processes, including performance reviews and employee development plans.Compliance:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR regulations.Records Management:
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.Benefits Administration:
Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.Training and Development:
Coordinate training and development initiatives to support employee growth and company objectives.Policy Development:
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.Employee Engagement:
Promote a positive company culture through various engagement and wellness initiatives.Ideal Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Salary: $80k/Year
