Job Summary: We are seeking a versatile HR Generalist to support various HR functions across our organization. The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of HR responsibilities, from recruitment to employee relations, ensuring smooth HR operations and a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities: Assist in full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, screening, and onboarding Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessary Administer benefits programs and answer employee inquiries Maintain HR information systems and employee records Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures Coordinate performance management processes Support training and development initiatives Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations Assist with payroll processing and administration Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data Support organizational change management initiatives Assist in HR reporting and analytics Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Problem-solving skills with attention to detail SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
