The Assistant Controller will be responsible for owning month-end close, overseeing accounting operations, and financial reporting.

What do you need for this Assistant Controller role?
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
10+ years of accounting experience
MUST come from advertising or media-related industry
CPA a plus
Public accounting experience a bigger plus
Advanced Excel
What will you do in this Assistant Controller role?
Manage and maintain the general ledger
Take full ownership of month-end close
Oversee the annual audit
Manage financial and tax reporting and work and maintain relationship with external consultants and agencies as needed
Identify, create, and implement accounting practices, initiatives, and internal controls
Oversee and develop staff
Support financial and management reporting
