Position : Customer Advocacy – Technical Specialist
Location : San Diego, CA
Duration : 12 months contract
Total Hours/week : 40.00

Description:
Customer Advocacy - Technical is responsible for managing the technical related customer experiences as it relates to product failure complaints. This includes performing failure investigations for our products, as well as prioritizing business opportunities and product / service solutions.
Position Expectations:
Demonstrates basic knowledge of the product line and how products are used and serviced
Conducts Failure Investigations to include testing in laboratory environment
Ability to follow testing protocols and written procedures
Identifies and communicates potential product related concerns to other departments
Documents and incorporates customer feedback as part of Failure Investigation
Ability to learn and demonstrate basic knowledge of specified computer data base applications
Demonstrates knowledge of Word, Excel and other MS Office applications
Demonstrates good writing skills to enable the drafting of clear technical Failure Investigation Reports
