What you bring:
Major working experience on Unix/Linux Good knowledge on Unix / Linux commands, Shell scripting Good knowledge on Oracle / SQL Able to work in Shifts and flexible hours on request Strong problem solving skills Good communication skills Knowledge on Monitoring tool like Splunk or similar Knowledge on build/deployment tools Jenkins or similar
What will you be working on :
Ability to understand the production incident and provide resolution Apply technical expertise of Unix and Oracle Able to communicate effectively with clients on Incidents / Problems Ability to perform in depth Analysis of Incident to identify root cause and permanent fixes Able to create Knowledge documents Provide guidance and support to team members Perform L2 support and on - call support Participate in on call rotation Co-ordinate with L3/Dev team and other stakeholders Flexible in work in shifts and holidays
