Here's what you'll be doing:
Respond to internet leads in a timely mannerAnswer internet customer initial questionsTransition internet sales leads, consult & assist with follow-upManage any and all internet processesRespond to email inquiries utilizing established proceduresMonitor productivity and quota levels and recommend best practices to improve resultsMake out-bound calls to potential customers to solicit appointmentsOther duties as assignedHere's what you'll need:
2 to 3 years of internet experience in a dealership environmentPrior experience internet department requiredPrevious sales floor experience a plusMust be able to provide references upon requestProficient with Microsoft Office productsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh School diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
