Job Title: Medical Records TechnicianDepartment: AMG - Clinic Ops
About the Role:
We are looking for candidates who will be responsible for organizing and maintaining the documentation of patients and checking the insurance eligibility. This position will report to a Site Administrator and enable us to continue to scale in the healthcare industry.
What You'll Do:Assemble patients' information including their non-medical related forms and health-related documentsEnsure forms are organized and accurate in a preferred mannerEnsure all medical records are protected and kept confidentialVerify patients' insurance eligibility as neededIssue medical files to persons and agencies according to laws and regulationsHighly motivated and able to work with multiple teams simultaneouslyRecords and tracking all records requests, releases and authorized with electronic Medical Record.Verify legitimacy, accuracy and authority of all such requests and then process and invoice as appropriateWorks closely with administration and staff to support the request from patients and outside entities withObtain records to support the patients' careReport breaches, instances of non-compliance, patient complaints, problems or similar instances to supervisor in an effort to protect patient HPIPerforms other job-related duties, as assignedMinimum Requirements:
Proficient verbal and written communication skillsCapable to multi-task in a busy work environmentAbility to operate with minimal supervisionBasic computer skills (Required)High school diploma or GEDYou're a great fit for the role if:

Our organization follows an in-person work schedule where the expectation is to work in office on a weekly basis.The total compensation target pay range for this role is $18.00 - $21.00 per hour. This salary range represents our national target range for this role.
