KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop strategy for the operational needs of the office; support processes and process improvement to meet attorney and client expectationsWork effectively with Regional Senior Director of AdministrationBuild productive relationships with attorneys and partnersManage firmwide expectations with Salt Lake specific operational needsOversee operations in conjunction with internal and external clients / leadershipEmploy cost effective management of the Salt Lake City officeCommunicate regularly with firmwide leadership to ensure firmwide initiative awarenessProvide leadership coaching; including performance evaluations and goal settingReview and manage building and space needs; make recommendations and oversee facilityREQUIRED SKILLS:

Bachelor’s Degree required8+ years of Administrative leadership experience in a law firm or professional services environmentExcellent interpersonal skills and communication skillsLeadership and management experience in globally organizationHighly adaptable, proactive and works well under pressure
