Technical Accounting Manager
Greater Boston real estate company is seeking a Technical Accounting Manager to join their team. Responsibilities:
Lead technical accounting research related to lease accounting, revenue, impairments, etc. Assess new accounting standards as they impact the firm's standard processes Analyze purchase accounting activity and take on related special projects Support accounting team to implement and enforce internal controls Partner with external auditors and valuations teams Design and implement new policies to streamline existing processes Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field 4+ years of technical accounting and financial reporting experience Experience with large, publicly-traded companies preferred CPA and/or public accounting experience preferred Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills
