Essential Job Duties

Exceed budgeted targets and revenue goals annually through the successful creation and implementation of a revenue management strategy.Review the strategy, sales and marketing practices, making changes and recommendations as appropriate.Develop and implement an updated strategic plan that includes optimally identifying, penetrating, and converting customers in the targeted segments. The plan will include recommendations for sales strategy, organizational structure, pricing, relationship management, marketing programs – including digital – and tactics, revenue goals, and market share and market segmentation goals.In collaboration with senior leadership, develop the annual top-line budget, including annual and long-range performance targets, with an eye to managing costs, labor, expenses, and other line items.Constantly benchmark the competitive set-in terms of product, location, pricing, service and distribution.Optimize pricing and inventory by tracking consumer demand and market conditions utilizing revenue management system RMS ensuring data integrity and system usage best practices set by Corporate Director of Revenue Optimization KSLR.Optimize, calibration of all RMS ensuring current optimal outputs rate recommendations are aligned with overall strategy.Participate and recommend group pricing evaluations in daily business review with group sales.Optimize group sales branded systems ensuring evaluations are optimal and aligned with overall strategy.Drive profitability by selling through the right sales channels, including rooms, F&B, group meetings, weddings, and ancillary services.Prepares sales strategy meeting agenda, supporting documentation and facilitates all such meetings.Analyzes data dynamically each week to identify trends, fill short-term need times and assess 30-60-90 day forecast obstacles to achieving goals and modifying sales strategies accordingly.Make recommendations and strategize with team to accomplish financial objectives and initiatives.Proactively develops and manages key internal relationships on property.Manages to budget by reviewing operating statements, preparing daily/weekly/monthly/annual forecasts and reports.Provide useful data to operational departments to effectively schedule to business demands.Follow all additional duties as assigned by management.

Compensation and Benefits
