Title: Area Sales Business Development Manager (B2B, Carolinas & Georgia)Direct Hire OpportunityNo SponsorshipLocation; Remote; North Carolina is ideal, position will cover Southeast territory.Travel: 50-75%

Key member of the sales team covering North/South Carolina, Georgia, and surrounding areas. Proven sales leader with strong business acumen, communication, and relationship-building skills. Drives growth within designated geography, focusing on increasing the customer base and EBITDA.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree.Minimum of 8+ years of field sales and management experience, retail petroleum industry preferred.Ability to travel regionally, with overnight stays, in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia 50-75% of the time.Must complete all travel and expense reports.Flexibility to work evenings and weekends if needed.

Responsibilities:

Develop and grow a book of business; maintain a pipeline in Salesforce.Manage annual budget and growth capital requirements for the region.Identify new market opportunities, develop revenue projections, and oversee new customer onboarding.Develop a strategic plan for geographic growth to meet objectives.Manage all sales channels within the region.Oversee the economic model approval process and prepare project packages for management review.Achieve organic growth through the development of a new business pipeline.Manage administrative functions related to the relationship between the client and its customers.Conduct sales meetings with customers and manage sales, revenue, and expense budgets.Communicate competitive information, pricing, and market changes to senior management.Ensure superior customer service and maintain timely communication.Interface positively with support departments (Supply, Trading, Pricing, Legal, etc.).
