Requirements:- Previous experience as an automotive service advisor or related field- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- In-depth knowledge of automotive systems and repairs- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills- Proficient in computer systems and software applications
